Job Description

Test MMO Games to evaluate whethere they are at the desired level of quality
Report any problems found or suggestions in detail both in verbal and in written communiavtion to a supervisor
Reproduce bugs on a consistent basis, while documenting all steps taken to cause it
Give feedback on usability and "Fun Factor"
Develop and execute test cases

- Demonstrate willingness to learn all aspects of technical systems
- Create and develop for new special projects or add-ons/upgrades to existing projects.

3+ years previous online marketing experience, ad agency, or online direct marketing background
Have a thorough knowledge of search ranking factors and critical updates
Familiar with industry-standard bid management and SEO software
Have personally built and optimized a $10k+ per month pay-per-click account that met or exceeded specific business rules
Have managed a team of content writers, link builders, and social media marketers
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize daily work efficiently
Proven ability to accomodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes
Able to analyze metric data and make reccomendations to supervisors
A passion for MMOs a plus!

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience and understanding
Experience with web/software development or system/network administration
Strong understanding of client/server systems
Strong understanding of network architecture and applications
Strong understanding of web sites and web technologies
Comfortable learning and taking ownership of all aspects of technical systems
Effective written and oral communication skills
Understand the strategic importance and the big picture of your decisions
Willingness to work with many disciplines: application development, network management, technical architecture, database management, operations, backups and disaster recovery, and information security
Experience with Hyper-V or other virtualization solution
Experience with Microsoft SQL, MySQL, or other relational database system
